Business cards are cards bearing business data about a business or person. They are given during first introductions as a convenience and a memory backing. A business card usually includes the giver's name, agency affiliation (seldom with a logo) and contact data such as street addresses, telephone number(s), fax number, e-mail addresses and website. It can also contain telex, bank account, tax code. Historically many cards were simple black text on white stock. Now a professional business card will sometimes have one or more aspects of striking visual style.
