Business cards are cards bearing business information about a business or person. They are given during initial meetings as a utility and a memory backing. A business card normally has the giver's name, business affiliation (often with a crest) and contact data such as street addresses, telephone number(s), fax number, e-mail addresses and website. It can also have telex, bank account, tax code. Historically majority cards were clear black text on white stock. Today a professional business card will usually bear one or more elements of attractive visual identity.
