Business cards are cards containing business info about a company or person. They are given during initial introductions as a practicality and a memory backing. A business card customary has the giver's name, agency affiliation (seldom with a logo) and contact data such as street addresses, telephone number(s), fax number, e-mail addresses and website. It can also contain telex, bank account, tax code. Traditionally many cards were clear black text on white stock. Nowadays a professional business card will sometimes have one or more elements of attractive visual design.
